spring break i went fishing. I caught a big bluegill and saw a beaver. i tried to get it to get it to bite a fish but it paddeled away. overall it was a boring spring break.

The differnces between the two posters are, THhe first om discribes how you can make things heathier, The first one also discribes what food fits into the catagories. Also the first one was on a plate. The pirimid has more word pictures. And one poster dosent have oils.
I think I am meating the expectations but am probally eating too much oils.

1. Why is bowling considered a "lifetime" activity? Because bowling does not require much phisical activity and fitness. It also gets easier as you age and can be played in a age group leauge.

‍Do you think bowling is or is not a sport? Yes because it requires SOME phisical activity such as aim, arm strength and accuarcy.

  • I think it is a sport because you have to move, aim and roll. Also,many other sports such as dancing are considerd sports. It also is played competevly in leauges and in teams.



Tyler's Page leadership is something i am good at because when our group or team is struggling I take over and try to help other people. Another thing I think I am good at is safety because I never come up with ideas that could get some body injured. Something i think i could work on is fairness because i give the job to the best players and me. Another thing I think I could work on is planning because we usually just get started right away without a plan.

What did you like/dislike about creating your own dance? I liked being able to prform because it was fun and exiting.I disliked having practice to and not being able to run.

  • Would you prefer to work by yourself or in a group?I would perfer to work in a group.

  • Did creating your own dance change your perspective on how challenging dance can be? Yes because i thought dance was easy and it was very chalenging.

  • What do you think about the amount of pedometer steps you accumulated during the dance unit? I was not surprised and did not get many. I also felt I could have done something that requires much more activity.

  • Were you surprised that it was more than most activities? No because the past three units we have done dont require much avtivity such as speed stacking, hockey, and dancing.

2. What is a REALISTIC goal score for you in this category? About 7 minutes and 50 seconds.

3. What days/times will you practice these? I will practice when i run with my dog at night. I would do this mostly on weekends.

4. What exercises will you practice? I will mostly just practice running for long periods of time.

5. How many repetitions and sets will you start with each time you exercise? I will try to run around my cul de sac

atleast 10 times.

6. How will you INCREASE your repetitions to reach your goal by spring testing? I will try to pace my self and drink lots of fluids before it begins. I will also do jump roping and other activities to make my legs stronger.

HOW ARE YOU GOING TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AT HOW LONG YOU ARE JOGGING AND HOW LONG? YOU NEED TO ADD TO THE LENGTH OF TIME YOU ARE JOGGING OR AT LEAST TIME YOURSELF AND LOWER YOUR TIME EACH MONTH.






What is your favorite physical activity to participate in? Why? Football because you can tackle,run, and throw in the same game and I have been playing it for 3 years.

Muscular Strength

Muscular strength comes from your own mucular build. Muscular strength is messured in how much you can lift. If you can lift 230 pounds that means your have 230 pounds of muscular strength.

Muscular Endurance is the ability of the muscle to continue to perform without fatigue (how long your muscles can last)

I learned from this assignment that the heart is as big as your fist. I found out that we have a rope shaped muscle below our lungs. I would like to know more about handball.

I learned to use the inside edge and outside edge of my feet. i will not let my bottom sag next time i indoor rock climb.
I do not mind indoor rock climbing because you do not have the thrill of being able to climb high up a rock and feel rewarded when you're done



I like playing sports because they are exiting and fun to watch.
